What PDFEdit is for

PDFEdit is your unified browser PDF workspace. Sign, add text and dates, place checkmarks, white out content, rotate pages, and download a flattened PDF—all without sending your file to SnapTools servers.

Step‑by‑step

  1. Open PDFEdit and upload a PDF.
  2. On desktop, use the grouped toolbar. On mobile, open the bottom drawers: Edit, Sign, Pages, and Export.
  3. Sign opens the signature modal; other tools place stamps when you tap the page. Whiteout uses a drag rectangle.
  4. Move between pages with the arrows or the Pages drawer. Rotate with the rotate controls if a scan appears sideways.
  5. Tap Export PDF to download. Guest and free tiers may include a subtle footer watermark; PDFEdit Pro removes it.

Deep links

Open a focused mode directly, for example sign, whiteout, or rotate. Standalone tools such as merge and compress link back into PDFEdit when you need to annotate the result.

Plan limits

Guests can sign and add checkmarks with a small overlay cap. Free accounts unlock text, date, initials, and whiteout. PDFEdit Pro adds saved signatures, higher limits, and no export watermark.
